Dr. Grant Eichstadt, D.C.

Dr. Grant Eichstadt graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire with a degree in kinesiology and later earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University College of Chiropractic. He is passionate about serving the Raleigh–Durham Triangle community and is inspired by his own chiropractic experiences as a former athlete.

Dr. Eichstadt is dedicated to helping patients of all ages live happier, more active lives. He takes pride in watching his patients achieve their goals and progress toward higher levels of function. His approach incorporates functional neurology, applied kinesiology, and a variety of release therapies—including ART, Graston, and cupping—to deliver personalized, effective care tailored to each individual.

Dr. Grant lives in Durham with his wife, Presley, and their twin boys. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.

Dr. Alex Midkiff, D.C.

Dr. Alex Midkiff graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Athletic Training, giving him a strong foundation in human anatomy and the diagnosis and treatment of sports-related injuries. He later earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri, graduating in 2020.

While at Logan University, Dr. Midkiff pursued extensive elective training to expand his skillset and better serve a wide range of patients and conditions. He studied multiple chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Thompson, Active Release Technique (ART), Activator, Gonstead, Logan Basic, and the McKenzie Method.

After practicing full-time for two years in Ankeny, Iowa, Dr. Midkiff returned to his home state of North Carolina to serve the community he grew up in. He now lives in Raleigh with his wife, Melissa. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying active through sports such as racquetball, disc golf, golf, bowling, softball, pickleball, and ping pong.
